Data Retention
If a client chooses to discontinue the Kahoots service, they may request one copy of their data. The request must be made in writing, and within five (5) days of cancelling the service. Within thirty (30) days of the aforementioned request, DEI SOFTWARE agrees to provide a copy of the client's data in text format. Upon cancelling any account, DEI SOFTWARE agrees to completely remove the client's data from our systems. Confidentiality DEI SOFTWARE agrees not to share our clients' data with any other real estate office, client, or entity unless compelled to do so by subpoena, court order, or other formal legal process. This excludes information shared willingly by our clients in their advertising. DEI SOFTWARE does reserve the right to report on any data in aggregate and anonymously, including but not limited to calculating the average rents in a neighborhood. |
